Income Eligibility to Apply

College Bound Scholarship Income Eligibility

You must meet one of the four income standards below when you apply for the College Bound Scholarship.  A second income check is required to receive the scholarship.
NOTE: Your income eligibility will be verified by the FAFSA application that you are required to file before entering college and every year in college.

  • Student is eligible for the federal free- or reduced-price lunch program.
  • Student’s family receives basic food/TANF benefits.
  • Student is currently in foster care or a dependent of the state and is automatically eligible to apply.
  • 2011 family income from all sources (taxable and nontaxable) was less than or equal to the amounts in the chart.
